REFUND POLICY

WE HAVE A 2 STEP  ONLINE STORE REFUND POLICY

1: A full refund will be issued to anyone who has changed their mind prior to any design work commencing. 

2: If the design process has started and you wish to cancel then a 50% refund of the total will be issued. 

- It is your responsibility to check and ensure your item/designs prior to approval - this includes design & copy/spelling errors.  adelphi mou will not be held responsible for these errors after approval.

Once the design is approved, no refunds or returns will be issued. 

Please think through your selections as our refund policy is not flexible.

 

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@adelphimou.com.au. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, full quantity, unused and in its original packaging. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
