The moment guests receive an invitation to an event, is when the magic comes to life. Opening the envelope for the first time and discovering the surprise that lies inside is the first page of a client’s story. Creating that moment, that delight and unfurling the magic is what we specialise in at adelphi mou.

Invitations save the date cards, thank you notes are not about processing information. They are the gatekeepers to a story. Whether it be a love story, a celebrations, the nursery rhyme of a new born baby: each one is designed especially to dance alongside our client’s own unique story.

E V E N T 

While an event may begin with an invitation, it takes much more to keep the magic alive on the day of the celebrations. Themed menus, seating charts, guest name tags, favour tags, welcome signs, unique event signs, the options are endless and at adelphi mou we not only design and match the theme, we take a chance on imagination and inspiration to make these elements truly come to life. Tangible, heartfelt elements that guests are often talking about long after the event day.

While design is the essence of all that we do, speciality design work is not confined to events only. Our graphic experience and expertise means that everyone has a story unique and distinguished to tell. Stories told through design that can launch a new business, a new enterprise or for some – a fresh start.New logos, company branding and stationery, commercial design work and signage are only some of the options we can begin to discuss to make your vision come to life.

P R O C E S S

C O N S U L T

An initial consultation is the best place to start. We discuss ideas, inspiration and expectations for your project. Importantly we identify budget, style elements and time frame. Following this initial consultation, you will be provided with a quotation for review.

D E S I G N

Once a final quotation is approved, a 50% deposit is required to begin. Please note that no design concepts or proofs can be started without a signed, approved quotation and received payment of the 50% deposit. If design work has commenced, deposits are non refundable.

P R O O F

Proofs are an important part of the design process. Initial digital concepts or proofs will be sent to clients via email within 10 business days from confirmation of brief. These proofs must be reviewed and any changes or revisions will be considered to move forward. Typically a final design can be achieved within 1-3 proof revisions. Any revisions past 3 will incur an additional fee. Only after all proof changes are complete and a final design is confirmed will an estimated time of completion for the project be provided.

P R O D U C T I O N

Only after all proof changes are complete and a final design is confirmed will a project move into production. Production time may vary significantly depending on the specific design elements. Prior to the project being complete, with all design elements finalised, an invoice for the remaining amount will be issued. Only upon payment of this invoice will the production process start.

Your final items will be emailed, posted, couriered or collected from the studio. Now your project is complete. Y A Y !
