1. Information on how to enter and the prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Draw Prize is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition are not eligible for the competition.
4. Entry is open to residents of Australia only.
5. Entries are open to persons aged 18 years and older.
6. Only one entry per person is permitted.
7. The Draw Prize commences at 10:00am (AEST) Sunday 15 January and ends at 15:00 Sunday 15 January 2023. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. To enter the Prize Draw, an entrant must: Visit the Melbourne Bridal & Wedding Expo 2023 on Sunday 15 January 2023. Scan the QR code and follow @adelphimou on Instagram. Fill in the entry form with First Name, Surname, email & instagram handle. Place entry in designated entry box.
9. The Prize: The prize consists of a AUD $200 digital gift card valid for use at www.adelphimou.com.au.
10. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
11. The winner will be drawn at random, by 5pm, Wednesday 18 January 2023 (AEST).
12. The winner will be notified by email on the day of the draw.
13. Unclaimed Prize Draw: If the winner cannot be contacted or if they cannot confirm their eligibility for the prize within 14 (fourteen) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.
14. Should it be necessary, a redraw will take place for the unclaimed prize on Wednesday 15 February 2023. The winner will be notified by email.
15. By entering this competition, entrant's consent to: the Promoter (adelphi mou) using first name, surname & email to enter in the www.adelphimou.com.au subscription. Entrants can unsubscribe from The Promoter's electronic mailing list at any time. Having their personal information ("PI") collected in order to conduct the promotion. The Promoter will not disclose entrant's personal information to any entity outside of Australia.
16. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry or registration that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or who tampers with the entry/registration process.
18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, indecipherable, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions and such entries will be deemed invalid.
19. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, civil disturbance or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
21. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
22. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
23. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
24. The Promoter is bound by the Information Privacy Principles under the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic),and will handle your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Charter.
